Contact Lens Cases....Change them FrequentlyIt is very important that you change out your cases at least every other month. Maybe once a month if needed. Look at your case now and see what I mean. Do you see the dirt or green stuff growing around the case. We wash our hands with soap but don't realize that if the case is dirty the contacts get contaminated. Now you are putting a dirty contacts in the eyes. Just think about it. Thus it is important to keep the cases clean as well.
Important Note: Please ask your Eye Care Professional if you are a candidate to wear contact lenses overnight for any length of time. Just remember that even if it is labeled extended wear or overnight wear, NOT EVERYBODY can wear lenses overnight. |
