It is very important that you change out your cases at least every other month. Maybe once a month if needed. Look at your case now and see what I mean. Do you see the dirt or green stuff growing around the case.  We wash our hands with soap but don't realize that if the case is dirty the contacts get contaminated.  Now you are putting a dirty contacts in the eyes. Just think about it. Thus it is important to keep the cases clean as well.
